Food Diary Sharing

Hello everyone! I was hoping to find a few new friends with similar goals as mine to share their food diary. Preferably US residents so that I can actually buy the foods listed if I'm interested. I'd like to get some ideas of daily menus that may work for me as I'm getting a slight bit tired of my daily evening salad creation! Here are some stats:

Age: 28
Current Weight: 232
Calorie Goals: I generally aim for 1600-1700 calories depending on my daily exercise.
I'm shooting to lose 2lbs per week if possible, but I'm happy as long as the scale is going down.
I do like to try to obey the sodium goals if possible.
Starting Goal Weight: 180

I look forward to finding some new menu pals!
