    I am hoping to get mine looking like that also...we actually have the same number for total Cholesterol...I'm also 248...
    I had ten pounds to lose, I'm down 4, but I stopped smoking and cut way back on sugar and have started running so I will get my numbers checked out when I feel I've reached a fair amount of success...Healthy hearts beat stronger!
