I have a terrible problem. I always measure out my meals, but I've noticed my measurements don't add up to the store brands. This week I polished off my jar of almond butter... While I was cautious to only allow "2 tsp" a serving and actually measured with a tsp, There was only 8 servings versus the 11 the jar boasted. That is 3 unaccounted for servings that I either ate or didn't exist. The same thing with my shredded wheat... I measured 8 oz cups but they did not meet the number of serving sizes per box. Does anyone else question the number of servings the box proposes ? Any wisdom on this?
