Hi. I am looking for some input on goals I have for myself.
Right now, I do EA Sports Active, and Ab Lounge 3 times per week. (I have back problems, traditional ab exercises are a no-go as per my doctor). I am wanting to pick it up a bit.
My idea is this.
M: EA & Ab Lounge -40-45 min
T: Gym- Weights -60 min
W: EA & Ab Loung- 40-45 min
TH: Gym-Weights- 60 min
F: EA & Ab Lounge- 40-45 min
S: EA -20-30 min
My intensity on the EA is at low, medium was causing my fibromyalgia to start in and knocking me off track for a few days.
In your opinion, is this too much too fast? I would be biking the mile or so to the gym and back. I am looking for HONEST input, preferably from those familiar with Fibromyalgia, but all opinions are welcome. Thank you for your time!
