day 2 of beng accountable

So I fell off the wagon back in July and gained 10lbs since then. 10lbs that I can't afford to gain since all my clothes are for my 10lbs lighter body and if I gain anymore I will need to buy a size bigger. So yesterday was a fresh start for me I vowed to drink 64 oz of water eat within my calorie limits and track everything I ate and also now here is the big one workout after work.
Well yesterday I did all but workout as for today I am feeling horribly sick and didnt even eat close to my limit in food I have only consumed 950 calories nor drink my water for fear of getting sick- Obviously I will not be working out today hopefully I will feel better tomorrow So I can really get moving- I have been battling with my allergies since last week and its now turning into something worse. As long as I dont go over my calories I should lose something.
my goal is to get to my ideal weight regardless that people tell me that i will be too small.
