sorry im back again, humm. college has been wonderful. I am almost always on my feet and I have become extremely active.
I have weightlift class every tuesday and thursday
rugby monday wednesday thursday with games on saturday
breakdancing on tuesday and friday
sunday I usually play pingpong lesuierly with friends
I walk to most of my classes everyday, and have no trouble eating the healthy food but
I need to increase my calorie intake. I thought i'd never say this but i do. My daily intake it's about 1200cal-1500cal per day, I usually eat less on sunday because i just dont feel like eating. I am trying to tone up and be in better shape for my spring rugby season.(also im taking an army basic trainning class in spring ) I eat enough protein everyday, about my weight in grams, I eat some carbhydrate but not a big fan of bread because once i start eating starchy stuff I won't stop and I can't tolerate a lot of fat in my diet ( gallbladder got removed). So here is my dilema, what should i eat to increase my calories intake without putting my diet in jepordy. whenever I eat above 1500 calories I would feel extremely guilty afterwards regardless of what I have eaten even if it's a healthy veggie pattie without buns( my favorite stable food btw) help:happy:
