Hello everyone, total NSV, I ran my first race today! Only 4.4km but without any walking, yay! 30 minutes JUST RUNNING. I didnt believe I could do it!

That is a wonderful accomplishment! When you can run an ENTIRE race you feel on top of the world. Glad your training paid off! Congrats and lots of luck in your future races!0
