Fitness is rockin' my life!

Hello everyone! My name is Hallie and I am an ELL teacher kindergarten-5th grade and I recently started doing the Tracy Anderson Method Hipcentric Method. My results have been insane. It's all about home fitness these days with the combined cardio and muscular structure design. Tracy is shaping me like no other. I started drinking Shakeology too and that combo has proven great for reaching my fitness goals of having one toned body! :happy:

    Good Luck. Is that something you can do for life or is it a short term thing? What do you do to maintain after?

    Hi there! You do the 90 day Metamorphosis program suited to your body type and then continue with Continuity after that. Costs less than most gym memberships each month!!! And I'm getting major results!!!
