What is exercise ??????

daft question but bare with me. I did outside painting for over 3 hours and I can't log it as an exercise why??????

Can someone enlighten me please thanks

    Painting is in there under cardio. I've added it before.

    It's just not specifically listed. Try yard work. I posted it. So it should help. If not, you can go to webMD and use their calorie counter, then add it to your personal exercises that you want to log, I have done it for yard work and a few others.

    The database may not have it, but don't let that stop you from wearing a HRM and logging it. That's what I do when I'm doing any non-conventional exercise or starting a new one..gotta know what you burned. :smile:

    We just recently painted our apartment and put it in as housework. I know it's not necessarily the same, but to an extent.

    It is specifically listed. Go into exercise and then click cardiovascular and then type in painting. Log in your time and there you go :-)
