Hi everyone,
Just wanted to say hi. Im new to the site.....Name is Crystal and I have just signed up to MFP to try to loose 200 lbs. Its really nice reading everyone elses posts and to see so many people doing so well. Hope to talk to lots of you along the way.
BTW I am a 28 year old female from Vancouver Island if there are others in my area trying to loose weight.
