Running on Empty...Running Wild

I have been over committing myself to too many things and not getting any of them done. This leaves me tired, worn out and over stressed. All of those are killing my committment to stay on track.
I can feel my resolve slipping away and am desperately trying to get it back. I just hit my half way in my weight loss journey and do not want to start over.
Just putting it out there so that I can get it off my chest and see that I need to get back to accountability and pronto!

I have ADD, and I tend to overextend myself often. It's frustrating.
I find it helpful to make a list of real priorities in my life and stick to those. If losing weight, and all things related to losing weight, are a true priority, your list might look like this:
1. Make 5 healthy dinners per week
2. Exercise 5 times per week
3. Drink 10 glasses of water per day
4. Eat 3 vegetables and 2 fruits per day
5. Log in my food and exercise on MFP
When you can see exactly how you're going to reach your goal, you take the guesswork and worry out of every day. It allows you to free up brain space for other things. Let the paper do the thinking for you!
Hope this helps.0
