This is what I've been doing since shortly after I started losing weight and while I will never have 20 yr. old skin again, I don't have issues with sagging skin. I do this EVERY DAY and have been for months. My skin is softer, smoother and isn't saggy. I drink lots of water and try to lose my weight slowly. I don't do the long, drawn out instructions on this link....I do the short version and it takes me 3-4 minutes before I shower. I bought a NATURAL hair body brush from WalMart for about five dollars. It's not a cure-all but it has definitely helped me. Good luck! ***Editing because I forgot one very important step, moisturizing. It doesn't have to be an expensive lotion....I use Suave Cocoa Butter with Shea Butter. It's important to keep your skin moisturized. It seems to help it retain some of it's "shape," elasticity. :flowerforyou:
