Food Sensitivities

I feel must have some food sensitivities and they are hindering my weight loss. I cut out Gluten for 4 months and that seemed to somewhat helped my stomach issues, but definitely not entirely. But, now i am trying to follow a diet low in carbs and my stomach has been killing me, and feel like I am bloated, and gaining weight. I am wondering if I may be lactose intolerant as well. Does anyone have any similar issues that can offer me any advice. Thanks!!!

My advice would be to see a doctor if you can. They have tests that can let you know what foods you are sensitive to. Plus you can get these later in life.
My boyfriend is allgeric to nuts and his co worker wasn't being very considerate around him. A week later she was getting rashes after eating a peanut butter sandwich, turned out she is allergic to peanuts now...
EDIT: To me it's the only way to know for sure instead of testing and feeling uncomfortable.0
