Hello all, I joined a couple of weeks ago and did this a little backwards - the way I do most things:). Posted on the message boards before I did an intro and have been kind of dragging my heels a bit and not staying on top of the tracking. Hoping that by putting myself out here I'll get back on track. Before I joined, I'd lost 11lbs and the goal is to lose 34lbs before my 34th birthday - August 2nd. I set this goal in April, but didn't really start working on it until Mid-May so while it may not be as realistic any more, I want to hit my birthday weighing less than I did last year. For that, I need to lose at least 10lbs by my birthday which seems realistic. Here's to making myself responsible and being more involved on this wonderful site! :happy:
