Hi all. I have hit middle age (ok perhaps a few years in) and have seen the kilos pile on over the last decade. I've tried everything: high protein diets (aka Atkins) seemed to work for a while but the food got boring and it was potentially dangerous. I bought exercise equipment (treadmill) but motivation is an issue. I hated the idea of counting calories but this my fitness app is great. So easy to use and all I did week 1 was eat normally and log my foods. I quickly found it strangely motivating and I even upped my exercise! I've only lost half a kilo so far but it definitely looks promising.... Now 25 kg to go....

It's a start and that's all that matters! I lost almost 22.7 kilos... ok, had to use the calculator for that one - we use pounds... or 50 lbs from my highest weight... once the kilos/lbs start dropping, you'll be more motivated... and do it for yourself... no one else! I'm middle aged.. yikes... friggen scary... ok, 47 and never did I think I'd be running everyday!

    YOU CAN DO IT!

    Friend me if you like!
