    I am also very proud of you for continuing your journey and not giving up. Sometimes it takes a tragedy to motivate us to continue (or start) being healthy for us.

    That is very inspiring indeed. I am reminded of a song lyric, something along the lines of: "It is never to late to start living, to go out and have some fun". While your husband's passing is a sad event, I am sure he is proudly looking on as you continue on your journey to a better, healthier life.
