any tips for the last few kilos?

Hi all
Thanks to MFP I've managed to shake off about 10kg that I thought was here to stay.... having trouble with the last few kilos. I'm 82.5kg now and have been for about 6 weeks, but I'm not doing anything different. I'm trying for 80kg (BMI 24.4) and I'm generally meeting my target and getting lots of exercise. Any tips? Should I just be patient?

Lower your weekly weight loss goal. Make it an extra long workout a couple times a week.0
