How many calories are you consuming per day? My doctor recommended 2000 when I first had my daughter, but she's 5 months now and I'm supplementing with formula and only BF about half the time....trying to ween her off the breast by 6 months. So I've set my calorie goal to 1700, is this about right??
Also I'm doing the 30 DS (Day 4 Level 1) if anyone wants to join me

I wouldn't personally wean until 12 months, but I'm not going to push my thoughts on you.
If you're breastfeeding, you should add 500 calories to your normal diet. If you're partially breastfeeding, I'd add at least 300 just so your body is still getting the adequate nutrition it needs to nurse your baby. And keep taking your prenatal vitamins. So yes, 1700 sounds alright to me.0
