Hello everyone! I joined myfitnesspal earlier this week. My beautiful sister told me about the site, so I thought this would be a great tool to help me lose weight. I've already lost about 1/2 pound and want to lose about 35 more. I know that I need to add exercise to my daily routine and need some motivation in that area. Any words of encouragement would be great! Thanks to all those out there who have added food items to the database. I've found that the foods I most commonly eat are the ones that have been posted by members, especially the wild game foods and the generic items. Thanks!

Stick to it. At times the weight will come off slow and you think it's not working but it will start to come off again. So far this year I have lost 55 lbs by staying under my goal line each day. When I reach the line I have to stopeating or exercise. It's that simple.0
