I Just re-started my fitness plan after a 2 month absence. Now I am training for a 5k run over the next 8 weeks and will also be using this time to get back to my previous plan. I have been using a low carb, no sugar, calorie counting diet coupled with running every day. This plan has worked well for me loosing 10 pounds the first month and keeping it off was no problem at all. Now that I am back on the horse I want a little extra support and a place to turn with questions etc so I thought I would give this a try.
