waffles+ butter+ maple syrup = nearly 700 calories. or half my daily diet budget.

2 waffles+ 1tbs marmalade (50 calories) + ginger paste or ground microwaved (20 sec.)= 300 calories.
It was yummy and helped with the diet fatigue one gets from skinny meal planning.
