Hey ya'll -

Last night my gf and I had got some calzones for dinner and we're having trouble figuring out the nutrition information. They were from a local place, so no nutrition info from them. The calzones in the myfitnesspal database seem to be too few calories, but we haven't been doing this long enough to be a good judge.

The calzones are 12" and this is the description: These entrees are filled with ricotta and mozzarella, our spice blend, and choice of toppings. They get buttered and baked to perfection. Served with dipping sauce. Here's a picture of the calzones: http://i.imgur.com/ailaR.jpg. Mine actually had sausage and green pepper, and my gf had just plain cheese.

Whaddya think?

Thanks!

I would start with a pizza with the same ingredients, add other individually if needed.
