final 5 hardest to lose

:smile: First let me say this is the BEST weight loss tool I have ever used! I have used this for the last three months and now I am five lbs. away from goal and stuck. I am not one to sit around and I exercise at least 3 - 4 times a week. Stick pretty much inside my daily calories and I can see difference in my clothes BUT I really want to lose 5 more lbs. Help!:grumble:

    Are you lifting weights? Lift often (2-3x a week) and HEAVY (3 sets of 6-10 as heavy as you possibly can for each exercise) and you will seriously boost your weight loss :D Also, I can't see your diary, but make sure you're eating as cleanly as possible: lots of veggies and lean protein, and whole grains whenever possible. Try to keep your sugar consumption to a minimum :D

    Thanks for the input...actually I do more cardio than weights and my guilty pleasure IS sweets! I think I exercise to justify a cookie:embarassed:
