Are you lifting weights? Lift often (2-3x a week) and HEAVY (3 sets of 6-10 as heavy as you possibly can for each exercise) and you will seriously boost your weight loss
Also, I can't see your diary, but make sure you're eating as cleanly as possible: lots of veggies and lean protein, and whole grains whenever possible. Try to keep your sugar consumption to a minimum

Thanks for the input...actually I do more cardio than weights and my guilty pleasure IS sweets! I think I exercise to justify a cookie:embarassed:0
