Heya, new here, been on for 5 days now. Am a heavy night time eater, and regular gym goer... and only see small results with a considerable amount of exercise per week! So figured actually monitoring what I eat will help me crack down when I'm gorging on jam sandwiches and cups of tea when I'm really hungry post workout!
I have a question on my calorie count... it says because I'm sedentary my daily calorie burn is 1730, but my daily goal is 2080? I've got myself down for 4, 60min workouts per week.. but if I dont go to the gym that day.. shouldn't my goal be 1730?

Yes. If you don't exercise stick to the goal they give you.0
