Hello everybody! I joined on Thursday and am impressed by what I've seen on this site so far.:happy:
I want to lose some body fat (currently 30%). This site has set my goal at 1200 calories a day which doesn't seem to be very much. So far I've not managed to eat that little but it feels as if I've been eating much less than normal. :ohwell: My difficulty is that I can't exercise very much due to being unwell, so I'm not burning the calories. Nor do I have the energy to cook for myself much so I live off ready meals a lot. Any suggestions on how I could do better? I've made my food diary public so you can see what I've been eating so far. I want to make sure I eat enough to get sufficient protein and nutrients.
