Red White and Blue Trifle

I found this recipe online somewhere. LOL. It's very pretty and very kind on calories. Made it last night for a BBQ that we went to and it was AWESOME....
You will need a trifle bowl (it's a glass bowl on a pedestal) or you can use a glass bowl.
Ingredients
10 oz of pound cake (it called for angel food but I like pound better) cut into 1" cubes
1 pint of strawberries (sliced)
2 pints of blueberries
1 box sugar free white chocolate pudding
1 12 oz light/or fat free cool whip
6T condensed milk
1 1/2 c water
in a bowl mix the condensed milk with water and add pudding mix. Blend for 2 min. Then let sit for 2 min. Then fold in cool whip ( I only used 1/2 of the cool whip).
Layer cake, then blueberries and 1/2 the fluffy mixture. Top with a layer of strawberries. Then more cake, blueberries and fluff. then make a pretty design on the top out of strawberries and blueberries.
Chill one hour.
Mine made 8 1 1/2 to 2 C. servings. It was very yummy and my friends hubby ate 3 servings. LOL.
Mine had 265 calories per serving. I'm sure it'd be less if you used fat free condensed milk (but that's not what I had) and angel food cake instead of pound (but I like pound cake lol)
Very pretty and I'll try and post a pic to my page b/c I don't know how to do it on here.

That does sound yummy. I am going to definitely make this for our 4th of July picnic, but I will try the angel food cake and look for the fat free condensed milk and let you know how it turns out!
) Thanks for the recipe! 0
