Can I swim laps wig my FT4?

I thought the manual said yes but then it says not to get the transmitter wet? Anyone ever done it??

I have the FT7 and have used it in the pool, I find it a bit frustrating as if it's not really tight it moves and loses my HR.

Yes... I swim every day with mine! Just rinse it when you're done and wash the strap with non-bleach detergent once every couple weeks and you'll be good. Just don't press the buttons on the watch under the water!

I used my Ft4 in the pool. Just make sure you get the strap nice and tight so it doesn't pull away from your body while you are swimming.

Like others have said keep it clean and don't push the buttons under water and you should be good.
