Losing Weight while Training for a Half-Marathon

I've managed to lose most of the weight that I want to lose and I'm thankful to have been able to use MFP to help me make progress toward that goal.
In the past few weeks, I've started running again and am in the process of training for a half-marathon in August.
This change presents a meal planning/dietary challenge for me. It's not easy to make the switch from "sit there, don't eat that" that I've been doing for 6 months to eating what is a (relatively) "huge" amount of food.
I'd appreciate advice on what changes to make in my diet in my attempt to satisfy the two goals - my primary goal being to fuel my body for running while my goal to continue to lose weight is secondary.
Thanks for your input!
