Desk job, but workout 6-7 days/week. Sedentary?

hi
Just wondering about my settings. I initially had my settings at "sedentary" for my activity level because I am stuck behind a desk 5 days a week. But I exercise daily, usually approx 50 mins (+/-) per session. Should I still be set at sedentary? I notice there is a big calorie difference between sedentary and lightly active.
What to do, what do.......
Thx

You should set yourself at sedentary then log the calories you burn during your workouts.0

Yep, everyone here is steering you right on this. It bugs me too. I sit at a desk all day but run my *kitten* off 5 days a week, but I'm "sedentary". But it's just a setting. )0

Normal is only a setting on a dryer. I saw that on a book once. I know what you mean about the sedentary setting. It makes me feel like myfitnesspal thinks I'm lazy. LOL.0
