Im attempting to get on the Herbal Tea wagon... I have tried and failed because to me they, they all taste like crap but i have been recommended a few so im alway keen to give something new a go. What i am wanting to know is, if i drink a cup of herbal tea, does it count as my water intake? Im not gonna have time to consume all that water plus tea (i need something warm, its winter here) so could some one please help me

It is still water, you have just made a mixture with the tea. the chemical composition of the water does not change. So yes it counts as long as it is decaffeinated and you don't add sugar.0

I count it as water... I drink it cold most of the time. I just prefer it chilled on ice rather than hot. Try some mint tea... that should be pretty good compared to some of the others.0
