Six Day Preparation Challenge - Are you ready?

If in recent times you have found yourself unprepared and had to resort to driving through or making some other food choice you didn't want to make, join me and others in doing some advance planning and preparation.

For the next 6 days, prepare your food at least the night before and have it ready to go. This will initiate a needed habit change for some.

I have logged tomorrow's meals and they are prepared and in the fridge.

Good luck to others who have accepted the challenge of being prepared each day for the next 6 days!

    i always cook enough chicken and rice to last me at least 3 days and my lunch is always made the night before. that leaves me with no excuse to not eat healthy and stick to my calories. Even my oatmeal in the morning is one minute oatmeal. i always have time to cook that. for 3 months now i've been able to stick to my food plan and not have something unscheduled. it's made a huge difference to take those extra five minutes at night.

    Omg, I am unprepared for the prep challenge! I thought today was Saturday... We went to Magic Mountain as a family instead. Okay. I'm going to suck it up and go from here. Getting stuff for the week is on my list for things to do tomorrow!!!

  • Awesome, very awesome. Simple but if more folks would follow your example there would be far fewer problems.
