HELP!!!! In need of motivation from good people!!

Im back from an extended sabbatical from myfitness, LOL!!!! But really, any help or motivation from people loosing weight would be appreciated..Have a great day everyone

    Welcome back, and you've made the first step - logging back on! I did the same thing. Got on MFP last year, logged everything and then Christmas happened, and I gave up for five months. In May I said enough is enough, and got serious about doing this. I've dropped 15 pounds in the 7 weeks I've been back and already can feel the difference in my pants (they fit again!) and in my energy.

    Get logging, keep returning every day, and I find that the more I interact with people on the forums, the more motivated I am!

    I was in the same place...I left for a while gained all of my weight back, but now I'm back since the past week and I must tell you that already, I have lost 5 pounds!

    You can do it! Just stay connected...We are here for you!!!
