:happy: Hey! Happy New Year!
I have been lifting and eating clean for a year, so I'm not new to the fat loss game, but I just found this site. I was using a different one previously, but this is definitely better, and what a great way to start off the new year.

I love to talk nutrition and exercise! I am a Commercial and Corporate Fitness major and plan on competing as a natural female bodybuilder. Good luck to everyone on your new year's resolutions and continued success!

    My husband is a "retired" bodybuilder. It takes so much discipline and dedication. Good luck to you.

    That's awesome! It certainly does take up a large portion of my life, but I love it so it's okay :) If you've ever been to a show, I'd love to hear about it.

    Hi all well I am not new to the weight loss rollercoaster but new to this site. I hope that I will be able to get the encouragement to help me to stay on track. My goal is to lose 80 pounds. Hopefully by the Fall. Take care all stay motivated :flowerforyou:
