Changing your Goals

I've been doing this program for about 2 months now and in that time I've lost about 10kg. My original goal was to go from 98kg down to 80kg (based on what my BMI would be) but after seeing what I look like now I think going as low as 80kg would probably do me more harm than good because I would probably start losing muscle soon. So I've changed my goals to get down to 85kg which is about what I got to the first time I lost weight. I personally don't think BMI is a good way to measure appropriate weight because it doesn't take into consideration muscle which as we know is more dense than fat. So I'm hoping that I'll be able to reach my goal of 85 soon. Should be exciting.
Has anybody else discovered this? That their initial goal is a bit ambitious and they don't actually need to lose as much weight as they originally thought? I wouldn't mind hearing stories.

I had the opposite experience. My original goal was to lose 101lbs. (about 46kgs) Once I made that goal, I realized I wanted to go a bit further. I now want to be about 135lbs, so I need to lose about another 15lbs or so. I picked my original goal simply because it sounded good at the time.0
