I love the taste of spicy portuguese sausage but by looking at the nutrition label, it doesnt hav much not to mention pretty high calorie. Should I say good bye to it or is it okay in moderation?

Here's a link. http://www.1stluau.com/nutrition.html It has 8 grams of protein. Definitely fat. and 180 calories per typical serving. We have it sometimes since my husband is from Hawaii. I have been avoiding it for lower fat/calorie things but to me nothing is off the table just make sure it fits in your goals.0

I would say in moderation. One link is supposed to be 6 and change servings... if you use the Silva's brand linguica. However they do have a Turkey version wihch is better on the calories, and only 20 mg better on the sodium, so in moderation. Make sure you measure it out.0
