Have i done the right thing?

I've done it ive had to changed my calorie intake from 1650 to 1420 due to no matter how i try it keeps telling me im not eating enough and im gonna put my body into starvation mode but now im thinking if i have done the right thing? I'm not a big eater as it stands anyway (the size of my stomach would say different lol) but i want to do this right for my daughters sake as well as my own. I just cant help but have a little thing telling me i should of left it as it is.
But i do quite a bit of exercise and can gain my total cal or more back what else could i do?

    Mine only tells me that when I don't net at least 1200.

    If you are feeling full, and if you eat more you think youre eating too much, then i dont think youre doing anything wrong. Just keep eating the right foods and lots of water.

    everynite, it tells me the same thing too, They want u to eat back ur exercise cal, I can never accomplish that. I just let it say what it wants and I kow that I am still losing so I must be doing something right! :bigsmile:

    I would eat what it is telling you. Don't eat your exercise calories back if your not hungry. Always try to eat at least 1200.

    You don't go into starvation mode overnight. Don't worry about it. In fact, take that phrase out of your vocabulary and listen to your body.

    Mine tells me that when I don't eat atleast 1200 cals/day. I try to eat atleast 1200 NET calories a day.

    I would listen to what your boday is saying.
    Just make sure your eating your protien and veg and drink at least 4 pints of fluids a day. It does not just have to be water it can be made up with squash or tea etc as long as you get your fluids xxx
