The challenge for this week is to do at least 30 minutes of cardio activity on 4 days. If you already do that much, I challenge you to add 10 minutes to your normal routine.0

I already do 45 min of cardio 5x a week, but I will bump it up to 60 min 5x! Gotta luv Zumba, it only feels like 5 minutes :bigsmile:0
