Twisted Foot

I need help! I fell on a poorly marked slipping hazard at the mall today and twisted my foot. It hurts a lot when I walk on it and I can't do my normal work out of jogging/speed walking. I guess I can do pilates or yoga, but does anyone have any advice on other exercises I can do to burn calories that don't involve putting a lot of weight on my foot?
Please help! Thx.
