:flowerforyou: Hi Everyone...I don't know anyone here but it would be nice to meet a few people to kinda help motivate me and chat from time to time about eachother's progress and goals etc. My mission is to do this properly and for once and for all this time!! I don't much of a chance to exercise as I do shift work; when I'm not working, I'm sleeping; when I'm not sleeping, I'm chasing around after 3 kids...you get the idea. Any others out there like me??

Welcome...I just joined too. I am very excited to keep the weight off this time. I have lost weight before but gained 22 pounds back over the last couple of years. I good really use a motivational friend as well. My biggest problem are my cravings for junk and chocolate and motivation to exercise. You sound really busy......Do you work 3rd shift?0

Hi Neli, I work parttime at a major hospital in the Emergency Department as a ward clerk. Sometimes I work up to 72hrs in a fortnight. So my fortnightly shifts change and I never know how many shifts I'll have from one week to the next. It's exhausting but i love the job and the environment. Big problem is that everyone on the 'graveyard' shift is constantly snacking on goodies brought in by someone else, so there's always biscuits, baked goods, chocolates etc. So like you, I need the motivation to stick to this thing and to find the time AND energy to exercise0
