hi! im new to the site(about a week).im 25, married with 2 kids. i did weight watchers last year at work and it worked wonderfully! i had great motivation and lost about 30 lb and got back down to my pre pregnancy weight! then we went on vacation...and came home and i did NOTHING! i started to gain slowly so i didnt totally worry about it. but then i changed my bc and it increases your eating and i started gaining fast! so i started running at night with my neighbor and sister but i was still eating horribly! i just figured i would join weight watchers again when it came back around at work. then i saw something on my brothers fb page about mfp and i joined right then! the first day that i put in all my calories, i was over 800 over what i should be eating! wake up call! so far ive done well with staying at or under my calorie intake and making sure i get my workouts in. i have yet to weigh in again but at least i know im trying! my ultimate goal is to loose about 25 lb by december when my hubby and i are going to be trying for our 3rd and last baby. that way i can continue to workout and have a healthy pregnancy! any tips would be great!(expecially for some belly buldge!)
