Grilled chicken breast ?

About how many calories in an average sized chicken breast? I don't know what four ounces looks like cuz i don't have a scale but it was no larger than the size of my fist which i've seen some people use as a guage. It was grilled with nothing added. But on the food list there are like a hundred different ones ranging from like 130 calories to 280 calories
