hi everyone! Let's start a thread and post our fave low cal healthy meals! I know we all get tired and bored eating the same thing everyday! I also know when I'm bored I get too lazy to think of new things!! Let's help each other out!
Taco salad:
1/2 cup Seasoned 93/7 burger
Spinach (fresh)
Tomato
Onion
1/4 cup kidney beans
Add pace picante medium salsa to taste.. It's delish! If you want it as a cheat meal add some crushed cheese doritos. All a little over 300 cals depending on what you add/leave out and which ingredients you use.

pizza on a taco shell
soft taco shell (whole wheat or flour depending on what I can find)
2 tbsp speghetti sauce
1/4 cup low fat mozzarella cheese
onions, mushrooms, tomato slices, jalapeno (better taste if you sweat them in a skillet with some non stick spray, sprinkle garlic powder on them)
bakes in 10 min. each pizza is about 350 cal. I eat this a lot!!0 -

Bi Bim Bap (Korean hot bowl)
Sushi rice
Bean Sprouts
Carrots
Mushrooms
Spinach
Sesame seeds
Marinated beef strips (if you want, it can be vegetarian)
1 egg
kimchi (If you want)
Its about 500 calories a bowl and most of that just comes from the rice and if you add meat.
