45 lbs down!

I've been feeling a bit discouraged recently because I haven't lost any weight in a couple of weeks.
I decided to compare some pictures of me now (at around 243 lbs) with pictures of me from about 2 years ago (before MFP) when I was at my heaviest - just under 290 lbs.
I'm not ready to start sharing pictures of my flabby beer gut (maybe when I get closer to my goal weight) but here's a comparison of my face.
This made me feel a bit better. Like the hard work is worth it.

Dude, you look amazing....I mean good looking before and really hot now....Awesome job..super proud of you!!!
Also just a side bar, we all go through times in which we have a difficult time losing, that is ok, keep working at it, maybe you want to change things up, such as calorie intake, try increasing or what you macros are or your workout. You may want to tweak just a bit it may work. Just keep going and if you never give up you will never fail, so I think you are doing awesome!!! Rock on!0 -
Great job! You can totally see a difference!!!! and two weeks and you haven't lost any weight! It's okay!!!! It's normal!!!! I didn't lose weight for like 4 weeks and then it just came off! Hang in there!

WOW! I found even when I wasn't actually losing pounds, my body was moving things around a bit and I lost inches.
Looking good! Keep up the good work and don't get discouraged. At the very least, you're eating healthy and exercising - 2 things that are great for you all the way around!

I bet no-one will be calling you Fat Uncle Rob soon! Keep up the good work. I can appreciate goals being in Beachbody we always set the goals and when that voice in your head tells you that you dont want to work out or you want to eat that roll you tell it to "shut up" :laugh:0
