Hello there! My name is Heidi. I've been working with Myfitnesspal for about 1 month now! I first found it on my android as an app, and am just now checking it out on the real website! I love this website, and have recommended this to ALL my friends! ALL weightloss experts I've talked to insist that the key to losing weight is to record your calories in and calories out....so seeing what I am doing is making a huge difference in my motivation!
Anyway, My name is Heidi- I'm 25- 1 child (4 yrs)- my husband is military, we are currently stationed in Northern Japan. Moving around ALL the time makes it very difficult for me to stick to one regimen consistantly. We've lived in Alaska, Arizona, and now Japan in just the last 6 years, so i've been up and down over that time, and am just trying to stay where im at weight wise.
i weigh 141 lbs, and want to be down to 130 when everything is said and done!
Hope to make some new friends here! Add me if you like, I could use someone to help cheer me on!
I LOVE running...and run 5k's as often as I can...probably 3 or 4 per year...no marathons or anything for me though!
