My spicy veggie wrap:
1/5 of a container of firm tofu
2oz of ground hamburger style veggie protein
2 oz of sliced baby portabella mushrooms
3oz of broccoli slaw
1 Flax & Oat Bran Pita Bread or whole wheat wrap (add 40 calories if using wrap)
1 t margarine
1 t Sriracha sauce or your favorite hot sauce to taste.
Melt the margarine in a saute pan and get it hot. Add all the ingredients up until the Pita bread/wrap. Cook the vegetables, protein, and tofu until a light golden brown. Add in your hot sauce and mix well. Let cook an additional 30 seconds and serve in the pita or wrap.
ENJOY!
