Thermogenic weight loss supplements

Hi
I've been reading about thermogenic weight loss supplements, such as capsiplex... and wondered if anyone had tried any. I'm looking for a 'boost' for my weight loss as I've plateaued. I don't have a mass amount of weight to lose, I'm 5'4'' and weigh around 130lb so want to lose 10lb although I'm finding that very difficult. I also have trouble reaching my max calories for the day so also want to get that sorted. I think the problem is I don't have breakfast!
Anyway, I'm based in NZ and have found some thermogenic supplements with the same ingredients as capsiplex, however they around 1/4 of the cost... ideas anyone?

Heather, I personally don't recommend them and I use OxyElite Pro when I'm cutting body fat between bulks.
The elevated heart-rate, anxiety and overwhelming warmth is uncomfortable. As soon as you get off of it, you start crashing and having migraines for days on end.
If you plateau, you can up your calorie intake one day to boost your metabolism. It works extremely well, or try cycling carbs.0 -
I use Slimming Formula from Beachbody. It in know way elevates my heart rate(at least I haven't noticed). And the very slight warming effect feels good. It's the warm feeling you get when you first start to workout. I don't recommend just trying any as I have before and did get that elevated heart rate. I think that can be dangerous. I highly recommend Beachbody products. They are very well known and have a great reputation. But, it's very important not to rely on pills to get your waist down. What you put in your body is for your health. Eat right and be fit. I may use these to help me but I don't expect them to do all the work. Good Luck0

I to use the OxyElite Pro and love it. It makes me sweat like crazy when I am working out. I don't get jittery with it and if I do not take it one day (like I forgot it this past weekend) I do not experience the headaches or anything that another poster mentioned; however, I only take 1 pill a day.0 -
Why not just clean up your diet and shake up your exercise program?
I don't recommend ANY of the so-called weight loss supplements. They're just ways to throw your money away and endanger your health.0 -

You said it yourself. There are problems that you should get sorted out.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if you started maxing out the calories for the day and having breakfast, and then you start losing weight.
