Today's challenge is: One Legged Calf Raises
Let's see if we can do 100 on each leg for a total of 200.
You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
You can log these challenges as "Calisthenics" I hear.

Is a calf stand really needed? I think I could manage these but don't have a stand0
-
got to 45 on each leg until my makeshift stand feel ... wobbly books not a good stand :L0
-
Would a wii balance board work ok as a stand? It doesn't allow me to drop my heel very low but then neither does my fitness level :laugh:0
-
clare way better than books , go for it x0
-
I've done 50 with each leg so far deffinetely think I can go to 100 with a rest inbetween0
-
I have also JUST done 50 each leg, gonna rest for 2 mins then do the rest :-)0
-
I did the 100 with a couple of breaks, it showed me how unfit I really am but feel good for doing them0

Done! I'm glad I decided to look this exercise up after I did the first set of 25 per leg. I was doing them in my living room, balancing on one leg at a time and almost fell over multiple times. The last 3 sets of 25 per leg were much easier since I found out I could hold onto the wall for balance while doing them on the stairs.:laugh:0

200 total done! (100 each leg) :happy:0

Great job yall
I got all mine done.
Sorry I thought everyone was familiar with calf raises. You can do them flat footed, on a ledge, weighted or any combination you want.0
