NSV!!!

I'm slowly making my peace with the scales, and now I look more forward to the NSV's!! For example my 5 & 6 year old niece and nephew were debating if my tummy had gotten smaller! The result was a yes my old workshirts are starting to fit better and i've gone from a size 18 shirt to 17! Aiming for 16-16.5

WELL DONE my last work shirts were 17 and now there too big, PRE MFP my shirts were 18.5.
