Greek Yogurt

I eat Greek yogurt all the time - plain, fat-free. In addition to eating it with fruit, try adding about a teaspoon of sugar-free maple syrup. Works wonders! Log Cabin brand sugar-free syrup is 20 calories for 1/4 cup, and I haven't calculated what a teaspoon would be yet, but it's not much.0

I have a hard time with plain greek yogurt too! Here's what I do...
For a savory dip-I make it into a spinach dip with frozen spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper. I dip my veggies in it.
For a breakfast type fix-I add half a scoop of "Whey factors, whey protein powder, french vanilla". It makes the yogurt taste like vanilla and it adds even more protein. You can even add in your fruit to it, but at least it has the vanilla taste!0 -
I need a full packet of stevia for 7 ounces.
I also sometimes use a partial packet of flavored Benefiber (cherry pomegranate or strawberry kiwi) since I love lemon yogurt, sugar free crystal light (or other brand) is also quite yummy and tart.
It helps to allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes to ensure all the crystals are dissolved.0
