Hi to all the MyFitnessPal users out there. My name is Derek and I am looking forward to meeting many people on here and getting my diet under control. I am normally good about watching what I eat, but I occasionally have those days where I really get off track and put on some more weight. I'm not here to lose weight, but I'd like to maintain where I'm at and work on establishing a healthier diet. I think this site will be very helpful to achieve those two things and will help me stay on track and avoid those off days.

welcome... I find most people on MFP on are here to lose weight, but maintaining it is just as hard, if not harder at times. The people here are very supportive, so ask for help if you need it and stick with this site. I'm sure you will have great success.. good luck0
